Don't Judge a Book By Its Cover

Don’t judge a book by its Cover….

There’s a deeper meaning to everything around us…..

Nothing is as simple as it seems.

If we see something and we immediately form a perception about it, then, our Perception has a 50-50 chance of being False!

Look at things closely. Understand things as they come. Read between the Lines whenever possible. Step out of your Body and look at things from another person’s view.

That’s when you’ll know that things are not what they seem to be.

Its said in Marathi,”Jasa Dista tasa nasta, mhanun sara Jag Phasta”. Roughly translated it means, things are not what they look like, because of which the entire world gets fooled.

It’s like if you walk into a room, look around you and do a thorough yet quick scan of everything around before stepping in.

A Part of Life

At many times in our lives, we cut people out…..

By cutting people out, we feel we are getting rid of every memory we have and had of them in our minds……

We feel we are getting rid of everything we had to do with the person….

But, we are made in such a way, that we never forget anything, so long as, things have been a significant part of our lives….

However angry we are at someone, whether they have betrayed us or just been bad to us, we will Cut them out of our Lives after we have given enough number of chances….

But, somewhere within ourselves, even if we consciously feel that we don’t care one bit about what happens, we still do care….

Some things still matter to us even if we truthfully tell ourselves otherwise….

What has to be done, has to be done. If someone has to be cut out of our lives, they will be cut out from our future that lies ahead…..

But, they do not Cease to become a Part of our past….

Our Past always remains our Past….even if it is long left behind, it still remains there, waiting to be dug up from our Memories….

Everything Remains a Part of Our Lives!

Diwali - Terrorism to Birds & Animals

Diwali – The Festival of Lights and Sounds... A Celebration!

Everyone (well, almost) enjoys all the sights and sounds of Diwali. I enjoy the Sights, the lights…but I detest the Sounds!

Sound? What Sound? It’s a Noise!!!

It is a nuisance to Small children who cannot express their tolerance levels. They feel they enjoy it because us adults show them that they should like it.

But, what about the Birds & Animals?

They cannot speak or express themselves. All they can do is Hide & Run from all these noises. But where will they go? Humans have no place to live, forget birds and animals.

They jump and run everytime a cracker bursts. They run, fly and look for a place to hide. Every cracker burst must be giving them a heart attack. I’m sure the feeling they have is very similar to the feeling we get when we hear a gun-shot or even see a bomb blast somewhere.

What is the point of this Festival. Nobody cares about the festivities and what the reason for the celebration is. All everyone cares about is the ‘show-sha’ associated with bursting crackers! “Oh! See, we have sooo many crackers”. “Oh look we have the best ones and the loudest ones!” Damn it!

Find your G-Spot

G-Spot –The spot in the human body that has the potential to give maximum pleasure resulting in an Orgasm.

Now, what I am writing has no sexual reference at all…..

What I am talking about, is finding your own G-Spot, again, not in a sexual manner.

We should find what pleases us the most. We must do that one thing that gives us maximum pleasure. Be it a hobby or a work thing.

When something makes you very happy and you know this is what you wanna do, then you’ve found your G-Spot!

Find you G-Spot, keep yourself happy and you will also make people around you happy. Your soul will be happy. Your life will be made much easier. Everything around will be much more tolerable and bearable.

Find your G-Spot……

Sex - A Taboo

What is Sex?

An act that God meant all Humans and Animals to do, so that they can carry out the ‘manufacturing process’ called reproduction and also in some beings for pleasure.

It is a Need….a Physiological Need that Human beings have as much as food, clothing & Shelter….

It is something no living being can do without. You need it in some form or the other.

Why then, is it a Taboo?

Everyone does it, else none of us would have been on this planet as of now. The World would have ended 100 years after it all began.

Our parents have done it, theirs have done it and so on…..

Why then, is it something so frowned upon? Is it because it is supposed to be a secret? Is it because people aren’t supposed to think you indulge in the Act? Is it because it is considered ‘dirty’? Why?

It is the best expression of Love. If done with each other’s consent, it is something that gives satisfaction to both the parties involved, and also helps in relieving stress, increasing and improving blood flow, keeps you healthy and glowing and looking young all the time.

Why then, in our Country is it a Taboo?

Our country has been the origin of the Kamasutra. Even that is frowned upon. Where along the way in the last few generations did it become a Taboo? The gods and goddesses practiced it a lot. It’s there in the history of kings and queens. Why else did they have multiple Wives?

It’s all so clear. If it was fine and normal 100s of years ago, what happened in the last couple of decades that made it something so bad?

Why are we forbidden from making the ultimate Expression that man can make?

Of course, it’s bad if it is misused and abused. That’s where exceptions come in. Crime rates and rapes are high because everyone is supposed to keep it under covers and mum about it all the time.

Rapes don’t happen abroad as much as they do in the Indian Subcontinent. That is because they are open about it outside and people have enough number of opportunities to release their sexual energy in many ways. Whereas here, it is just not possible. You have to keep thinking, what will my parents think, what will my friends think, what will my neighbours think, etc…..

Just doesn’t make any sense.

God only know when the change will happen………

The change is in our hands..
