Are You Really Working Out When You Are?

Don't really know why you feel good after a Work Out.

What is a Work Out? Is it only Exercise?
I don't think so. I feel there's a lot more to it.

It helps you de-stress. Ironic!
It helps you divert your mind.
It helps you focus unwanted energy on something beneficial.
It helps you transform Emotions into Physical expressions in a non-violent manner.
It helps you let go of all the anger, frustration you have inside.

End Result - you are rid of all the toxins and all the negativity within.
No Wonder you feel refreshed at the end of a Work Out however tiring it may have been.
